“Everything’s better when it’s faster,” is the ethos of Tel Aviv-based kaleidoscopic acid-techno post-punk rave trio BEÃTFÓØT. Imagine The Prodigy, Power Rangers and the Spice Girls coming together and nailing their hedonistic dark rave aesthetic. Sonically, BEÃTFÓØT fuse golden-era hip-hop, big beat and rap with the unyielding ethos of punk and the gritty spirit of the ’90s. Among other things, the group’s cross-genre madness is an outlet for extroverted bandleader Udi Naor to let off steam and be himself.
